Meet'n'Eats
This is the easiest way to support the unit. Once a month the unit invades a local eating establishment and they give us a percentage of the sales. This event can be a great moneymaker if all of the EEU families and friends attend! Come on out and feed your family, talk with friends and support the EEU. We DONATED items, tickets, blanket, baskets etc
to be raffled off at the Holiday Concert
Need parents to help put baskets together

Cow Chip Bingo
Date - February 19, 2011
Students will sell bingo squares on the field
The Cows do the rest
We are hoping to have a BBQ and picnic type atmosphere
Need parent volunteers to cook food

Aztec Jazz Festival

March 12, 2011
We ask all Band Member Families to donate
Water, Burgers, Candy, Chips, Sodas, etc
To be sold at our Jazz Festival
Need parent volunteers to supervise and sell and cook food

Big Band Blowout Concert
May 20, 2011
Students will be asked to sell tickets
to the Big Band Blowout Concert

Rock/Walk-a-Thon
Date to be announced
Third Annual Rock/Walk-a-Thon
Students will get sponsors and walk laps
to raise money - prizes are awarded to top money earners
Need parent volunteers to mark lap cards

Spaghetti Dinner & Spring Concert

Need donations of spaghetti and people to cook said spaghetti

Award Banquet Basket Raffle

We need DONATED gift items, tickets, I-Pods, College Survival baskets, etc
to be raffled off at the Awards Banquet

Music in the Parks

EHS is a venue host site for Music in the Parks
At the Music Festivals that we host, we also sell snacks
Need parents and students to volunteer
